Zep F.S. Amine-Z (formerly Zep F.S. Amine-A) is a liquid, concentrated deodorant, disinfectant and quaternary sanitizer. It sanitizes food contact surfaces with a dilution rate of 1 ounce to 2 ounces per 4 gallons of water. Zep F.S. Amine-Z kills most organisms that cause odors.  It deodorizes quickly and effectively without leaving a strong masking odor behind. Effective at a dilution of 1 ounce per gallon of water against Pseudomonas Aeruginosa, Salmonella Enterica and Staphylococcus Aureus. Effective in water containing up to 500 ppm hardness when tested by AOAC Germicidal and Detergent Sanitizers (Chambers Method).

Recommended as a no rinse sanitizer for use in dairies, restaurants, kitchens, and food processing facilities. Use in food processing plants, dairies, dietary kitchens, hospitals, dental offices, healthcare facilities, barber shops, kennels and restaurants.  Meets the requirement of the Retail Food Store Sanitation Codes.  USDA Authorized. Fulfills the criteria of Appendix F of the Grade "A: Pasteurized milk ordinance, 1978. Recommendation of the U.S. Public Health Services. EPA Registered. Properties = pH Concentrate of 6.0 - 8.0.  Dilution ratio = 1-2 ounces/4 Gallons of potable water.  Clear, orange red fluid. Mild fragrance.  1 year minimum shelf life.

At 1 oz. per 4 gallons of water (200 ppm active quat) eliminates 99.99% of the following bacteria in 60 seconds based on 500 ppm of hardness: Campylobacter jejuni, Escherichia coli O157:H7, Enterococcus faecalis Vancomycin resistant, Listeria monocytogenes, Salmonella enteridis, Salmonella typhi, Shigella dysenteriae, Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus aureus Methicillin Resistant, and more. Dairy Ordinance Sanitizer

At 1 oz. per 4 gallons this sanitizer fulfills the criteria of Appendix F of the Grade A Pasteurized Milk, Ordinance 1978 Recommendations of the U.S. Public Health Services in waters up to 500 ppm of hardness calculated as CaCO3 when evaluated by the AOAC Germicidal and Detergent Sanitizer Method against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus.

Shoe Bath Sanitizer

Can be used at process area entrances as a shoe bath sanitizer, when shoes are placed in a solution of 1 oz per 4 gallons (200 ppm active quat) for a 60 second contact time.


Recommended as a no rinse sanitizer for use in dairies, restaurants, kitchens, and food processing facilities. Excellent for use in: bottling plants, meat packaging plants, egg farms, and poultry processing facilities.
